Art Chest

Designed to accept A3 sized documents, this 3-drawer chest is elegantly crafted from American cherry.  There are classic hand-cut dovetail joints on the drawer construction, and the handles formed from the solid fronts produce a natural continuity. The drawer boxes are made from contrasting pale sycamore. The incesaing drawer depth and a gentle curve on the carcass sides give a subtle weight to the base.  Finished with Danish oil, the chest radiates a warm, rich tone that highlights the natural beauty of the cherry wood.
